		<description>I&#039;m surprised that the co-ops in that building were only going for 781k two years ago. The square footage is fairly large.

Maybe he didn&#039;t buy another place but is taking advantage of some great rental deals.</description>

In the last two years, the most anyone has paid for an apartment in his building has been $781,000 which happened two years ago. And he was selling his--in this market--for $1.2 million, initially.

i mean if we want to get technical about the real estate deal, he probably would not make much out of a deal like this. They are ASKING for $899k, which in this market, will probably NOT be what it will sell for (if it sells at all). Factoring in the probable resale fee of selling his co-op, he&#039;d be really lucky to make $100k on this, IMHO.</description>
