The Kooks are popular in the UK and that was evident at all the summer festivals. The band have a real strong fan base which is why they their first two singles did so well. The whole album is amazing and was second best selling album of the year behind the arctic monkeys. Maybe this person from the UK who claims that the band are for mums is too easily influenced by the big boys in the music industry because anyone with a slight interest in new music knows that the Kooks were robbed of their Brit awards. I am sure I would be backed up on this point by the fabulous zane lowe who backed the band from the beginning! We miss the Kooks in the UK and want them back!!!
