This Movie Trailer Is Bumming Me Out
Last night I saw a movie trailer for Hard Candy and it totally bummed me out. It stars Tony winner Patrick Wilson, who I absolutely adore, but he’s playing a child predator and that makes me creeped out. Uh, hopefully this movie doesn’t have any tie-ins with the Hard Candy cosmetic company, which was really popular when I was in middle school.

from what i understand, Hard Candy is about that girl getting violent revenge on the pedophile guy. like, with a scalpel and whatnot. the trailer is misleading

I think it looks really good. Creepy yes but I’m sure there’s more to it than the trailer lets on.
