According to reports in Star magazine, Karen Elson’s representative has confirmed the rumors about her pregnancy. She and husband Jack White are expecting their baby in the spring of 2006. Congrats to the happy couple. Thanks to the anonymous tip.

This may have been discussed before, but who do you think is “Suzy Lee”, the girl Jack mentions frequently in his songs and messages? Her name appears in the dedicatory of “get behind me satan”, and in the last message posted in the official website he says with nostalgia that they played “Suzy Lee” in their last venue.
Is it Meg? That’s what I thought for a while, but now I’m not that sure. What do you think?

I think it’s curious that they chose to announce/confirm this on the eve of their appearance on The Daily Show. Jack seems to have a shrewd way with publicity and timing, and I don’t mean that as a compliment.

People have known about it for a long time dude, all they did was confirm it. Yeah and go find all the people who give a shit. You won’t find many. “Oh this dude just got his girl pregnant, maybe I should watch their performance on the Daily Show”.
Damn just because Jack has told some fibs in the past all his fans become suspicious of his actions or think he ulterior motives. He can’t do or say anything without them thinking something is up. Shit, no wonder he seems pissed at his fans. I wouldn’t want to have fans like that.

I’m a huge white stripes fan and this site sometimes entertains me with things the WS web site would not print, but please bloggers lets not push it. I went to Brown with his wifes ex Raphael, I was not a good friend but I know he was a very sweet young man, who had a very tragic end to his life. You’re messing with a memory of a person who is no longer alive, what the do you know about him aside from the fact that jacks wife dated him. Have a little respect. congrats to Jack.

Jacks new Band The Raconteurs will be released the first single on March 7 and the Album follow in May.
Karen is in the 7 month. She looks great at the Marc Jacobs Show in New York.
Congratulations to Jack and Karen. She should be giving birth to that little baby any day now. I think Jack and Karen will give their new born a normal name. He is pretty conservative about things like that and we all pretty much know that he is old fashioned. I have no worries about the name. I bet it will be a Biblical name.
