Those of you still shedding tears over Erika Forster’s departure from Dirty on Purpose will have solace in the fact that she features prominently in the band’s new video for “Mind Blindness.” Shot by Jacob Hensberry, the video depicts the band playing in some dark, basement-like space that is doubling as a birthday party. Yeah she sure does feature prominently in the video, but why is her voice louder than anything else? I’m not saying anything about it sounding bad or anything, I don’t want to start that discussion, but it certainly is a bit jarring how much it stands out. Like “HEY LISTEN! THERE’S A GIRL IN THE BAND!”
