2. BEST-TRESSED WILLIAMSBURG ROOFTOP BBQ

Show up to Sugar Factory [49 South 2nd Street (Between Wythe & Kent)] in the Williamsburg starting at 2PM. Party gets shut down by the cops at 12 midnight, get a great view of the fireworks at 9PM.
