This is pretty scary… Starsailor frontman, James Walsh, is in the running for “Chorley’s Face of Culture” on the Chorley government Web site: “Councillor Cath Hoyle says ‘We are looking for someone who will be a good face of culture for the town. We want them not only to assist us by promoting a high cultural profile but have a keen interest in promoting Chorley’s culture, all year round.’”
